We actually got three new students (from California, Germany, and Russia), including the first person I've met at the school who's younger than me! Nearly everyone here seems to have already left school, and most of the students are much older. Nevertheless, they all seem really nice, and I bet we'll have a lot of fun in class.
We also got two new students in my other class, from Turkey and Australia! (I love this meeting people from everywhere thing.) The girl from Turkey is also younger than me, so lo and behold it seems a couple of high school students actually do go here. Once we had finished our introductions, we proceeded to have a discussion about fashion, which was hilarious because I had absolutely nothing to contribute. I love listening to my new Australian classmate speak- so far everyone here has had more or less the same accent, but she has a strong Australian one that's really neat to listen to.
Having no other plans, I went back to my room to relax a bit and do my homework. I was just sort of done for the day!

Just did marathon blog-reading to catch up on your trip since I was gone for a while! What fabulous adventures you are having. Keep exploring! Find some musical performance to attend! I know you love music as well! Love you!!
ReplyDeleteDedication! :) I haven't seen any music-type things around, but maybe I can find something! Good idea!
DeleteI have to agree, Australian accents are the some of the best. :)
